A Few Tips for Makeup-Stained Laundry

Oil-based, waterproof, and heavily pigmented makeup or face paint can be especially stubborn and may need to be pretreated or washed more than once.

One of the most important things to remember is to check the stain before putting the item into the dryer. Heat can make some stains more difficult to remove, so if you can still see the makeup, treat and wash the item again before drying.
